Dassault Mirage 2000 je francouzský víceúčelový jednomotorový stíhací letoun čtvrté generace, vyráběný společností Dassault Aviation. V 70. letech byl vyvinut na základě letounu Mirage III a v roce 1982 byl zařazen do výzbroje Francouzského letectva. Existuje několik variant tohoto letounu, včetně útočných verzí 2000N a 2000D, vylepšených verzí 2000-5, řady exportních variant a celkem bylo vyrobeno přes 600 strojů,které byly k roku 2009 ve službách letectev devíti států.

The Dassault Mirage 2000 is a French multirole, single-engine fourth-generation jet fighter manufactured by Dassault Aviation. It was designed in the late 1970s as a lightweight fighter to replace the Mirage III for the French Air Force (Armée de l’Air).

Upgrades include the addition of the Non-Cooperative Target Recognition (NCTR) mode to the RDI Radar to allow identification of airborne targets not responding on identification friend or foe (IFF), and the ability to carry air-to-ground stores such as rocket pods, iron bombs and cluster bombs. Some variants, especially those equipped with the RDM radar (mainly used in export models) have the capability to use the Exocet anti-ship missile. Also, Indian Mirage 2000s have been integrated to carry the Russian R-73AE Archer missile and the indigenous Indian built Astra missile.
